Hi Aman,I do not invest in Darby, but I do have a two properties in nearby towns in Delaware County.Darby is a low income area and you will be dealing with low income tenants.

I would recommend against using a threaded fitting, because it would mean that you could have to successfully remove whatever fitting was previously threaded ... it will be faster and less hassle (in my opinion) to cut the pipe where you want to and de-burr it, and add the compression fitting.In all honesty, if you plan it out correctly, it won't take much effort to simply replace all the galvanized pipe in the house, starting right at the meter.

But that's something you just have to de-sensitize yourself to with any rental property.HOA dues largely depend on what maintenance items the HOA covers, but for condos I've seen anywhere from $150-$300+ in the Triangle area.
