Of course I'm like, crap, okay, I  guess plumbing was added to the list... called the cops, they said they couldn't do anything.   

Her hand is fine....A piece of crap colleague claimed he hurt his back trying to sit down in his chair because someone lowered it...funny thing is he never said anything to anyone and has had back pain ever day for YEARS prior to this, get's up and complains about back pain and does stretches daily for years in front of everyone...then claims his back pain is as a result of someone lowering his chair.

Can someone tell me if they know if people can actually get away with this crap?

other than maybe wrenching on cars.. and that s the last thing you want or you could get a hoarder moving all sorts of crap in.C class vacant lots in a city are worthless ... the only value is if you have a lot of them in a small area and Habitat for Humans or some other non profit wants to build subsidized housing.

For the people who buy crap deals and are underfunded, I would be worried about them.

As far as books go.. he’s getting a lot of crap right now but Grant Cardone is amazing..

:) unfortunately contractor crap is part of the biz.Just paid $200 for a handyman (who I used for a big 3k job 2 weeks ago) to install a dishwasher.He does it but I'm not there when he finishes (at a rental).He sends me a pic, looks good.Next day, I go check, the side of dishwasher  is a little rough, and the corner catches on the cabinet.I call him asking if any problems installing.He says it went in great, no issues.

Establishing what you can expect to get somewhere in the middle is a crap shoot, and it actually comes down to the individual buyer, not some formula.

@Brian Varmuza  Like you said If you concrete on top it wont last long and will look like crap.
