Roughly 40% of the country rent - and will never get ANY equity doing that!

I am currently flipping homes in Orange County and just purchased a home at the court house steps.  

Excluded from these requirements are sales of property with 1-4 dwelling units that has never been inhabited, sales exempt from real estate transfer fee, and sales by certain court-appointed fiduciaries (for example, personal representatives who have never occupied the Property).

Once a bankruptcy is filed, the owner no longer controls what happens to the property until the Trustee, the Court or the specific state exemption statutes decides it is no longer property of the bankruptcy estate.

We have another thing that makes the US the greatest country on earth and that is the freedom to pilot our own machines virtually anywhere anytime in the US.. and you could not get much prettier place in the US to fly than your neck of the woods...

Since the country has been on the verge or maybe already has defaulted and unemployment has gotten so high their economy is in the toilet.

So I was just reading through the book Battle Cry of Freedom by James Mcpherson about the Civil War, and came across this section and thought it was interesting how many people's mindset in the early years of our country seems to have been similar in some ways to the folks here at BP who are pursing or have achieved financial freedom :).  

This has stood up in court in countless occasions.

They are the second highest in the country, I have read, only second to New Jersey. 

You would reach a larger audience and could possibly end up courting several potential partners.
