Food for thought. 

Look at the change in outsourcing of tasks now compared to 100 years ago. 100 years ago you farmed your own food, made or traded for the good you needed and were largely self-sufficient.

The home is right in center of downtown so walkable to shops, food, etc. 

@James SyedIf you are in Cook, Kane, Dupage, or Mchenry I would hire someone. 

I love the food and atmosphere at brew garden!

Here is some food for thought, for you to consider and investigate. 

Hi Mike, a typical 4000 sq ft home in MN will consume on average $100 per month of electricity  (about 800 kwatts) and $500-$600/month for gas in winter, $300/month in the spring and fall and $60/month in summer for water heating, cloth drying and cooking.

If you hire them at Risk than the "transparency" can be a little cooked as they have to protect their butts in case there are mess ups or misses... and there always are.

I have also been giving him food money and trying to employ him cleaning as the prior tenant had a dog and did not use a clean cloth in over 10 yrs so we are scrubbing everything down so hopefully the paint will stick.

Its not a B&B either, they usually have shorter stays and food service.
