I dont operate my business out of fear.. and i screen my tenants.. so no.. and im struggling to find the value in your comment, care to elaborate?

I’m not gonna bother commenting on the common sense comment. 

You can hire an experienced contractor to walk through a property with you and comment on work that is needed.
