Personally, I've been blessed with a wonderful family – my wife, Lisa, and our two children.

From the research I have done I am under the impression children are exempt from inheritance tax in new jersey.

On the other hand, our politics are primitive and our education system is appalling so I do wonder if we will continue to attract bright young workers who need to educate their children.

The weird thing is a google search of her children's names with that address result in nuwber.com showing that a man in his 40's lives there with the exact same name as one of her teens listed on the application.

I knew this plan of actions would prolong housing court eviction process (especially since one of the squatters had children).

If you do have family/children/etc needs then you should absolutely focus on those OVER AND ABOVE the real estate investing needs you may have.If you are prequalified then you only have a certain amount of time that your prequalification is good for.  

Maybe it is needed for assisted living in your 90s or maybe you never touch it and pass it on to your children.

As long as it makes sense financially and it is safe for you and your child(ren).

However we have also long had many left-wing traditions, one of them being the ideal of upward mobility through equal opportunity, brought by the great equalizer of a quality public education for all our children.
