I wanted to see: My rental address The date I purchased this propertyWhat type of dwelling it isThe year it was builtHow much I paid for itHow many square feetWhat I sold it for when and if I sell itWhen I received my Certificate of AcceptanceWhen I received my Certificate of OccupancyWhat would you like to see on your form?

Do you have leases/estoppel certificates for all the tenants? 

Then afterwards you will of course want to confirm the accuracy of what was represented to you (that you based your offer on) and get leases, tenant estopple certificates, etc.The seller would typically have X number of days to get you the required docs (after the date of an accepted offer), then you have X no of days to review and respond to any concerns.Appraisal almost always comes after an accepted offer.Prior to offer you might get:rent rollinsurance / taxes Utilities (and who pays what)

That means an insurance certificate (an Accord form) directly from the insurance agency, dated within 30 days, and you named as a certificate holder.  

This seems a more appropriate section for me to ask if anyone knows of a buyers market for Tax Sale Certificates.  

Make sure that even though you need to move fast that you still dot your i's and cross your t's to ensure that they are insured, reputable, and will provide you with a certificate of insurance.

But given the fact that anyone can go online and print out an ESA certificate for their untrained pet dog/cat/goldfish/mountain lion, things have definitely gotten out of control   Maybe this unfortunate event will lead to some sort of common sense regulation.http://www.cntraveler.com/story/passenger-attacked...

The tenants have recently called the city to complain that the house doesn't have a certificate of occupancy.

They did provide some references from other landlords and their certificate of incorporation (registered in DE in 2015).
