As soon as I narrow down to what area I'm going invest in, I'm going to purchase preforeclosure lists and NOD lists, and begin a direct mailing campaign.

Joshsomething that may make linking to the profile easy for the folks who have some issues with links would be is if it could be done as a purl (personalized url)example Or tonyseverino.biggerpockets.comwww.Biggerpockets.com/tonyseverino Just a thought... we use purls in our postcard campaigns,,, traffic jumps when it is personalized.Has the Influence points been added for referrals yet?

As for length of my campaigns, I use a 6 mailer sequence.  

Hey everyone,I've started a yellow letter campaign mailing to a list of absentee owners in my area.

I'm a broker and have access to all the listing but I don't get the sense that the agents I'm talking to have much interest in talking to their seller about a seller finance deal.I have also looked at doing a direct mail campaign to target potential owners willing to seller finance.

I'm currently researching list brokers to use as part of my marketing campaign. 

@Andrew LeBaron I know this is old thread, but how did it go for you with your mailing campaign?

Best strategy to follow in order to achieve the goal of finding below market proprieties would be a investor marketing campaign.
