My dad ended up paying very little for me and my brothers since roommates were able to pay the mortgage.  

I would drive out there and meet our broker, sometimes alone, sometimes with my wife and a couple of times with my brother in law, who has contractor/construction experience.

Broke even on my first flip with my brother last summer and looking to do more in the future.

That leaves me with 5 printers that are Epson WF -3640 and  1 printer that is a Brother MFC 6490CW.  

It has been a while since I've used them and the only reason I did was to work on my brother's website.

I might try to get some money from my younger brother, perhaps, and make him a silent partner in the deal. 

Yesterday I went to see a house, before I went there I did my numbers, we talked  about the house and the how much I can pay for the house, I am not sure if it was right to tell them the price onsite and then at night I sent them the offer by email.Now the thing is they inherit the house and they need to talk with the rest of the brother/sisters, so they told me give them until Monday, seven days, killing me!!!
