What makes the deal a little more complex is that 2 properties are SFH, 1 property is a commercial building, 1 property is a MFH, last one is a vacant lot. 4 properties are in a row and the last one is on the other side of the street (L) shape.

Joel Owens thanks for the feedback.It’s surrounded by fully developed residential area (SFH/Condos) and only down the street from main entry/exit to a major freeway.

Why don't you move that sucker further from the street?

However, the home inspector found mold in the attic and it doesn't appear to be "active" mold as it looks like it was resolved a few years prior when they repaired the roof.

It's great to hear that BiggerPockets has been helpful and given you the tools to take a more active role in your rental properties.

Calling out one of the top agents in the country and insinuating they are engaging in illegal activities probably isnt going to help your business either.

I would love to meet people in my area but notice that there is not much activity in the Salt Lake City area.
