Frankly, everything can be sold and monetized but the concept that I want people to understand is that Fannie/Freddie rules we can't be any more lenient on. 

I'd probably say that secondly, a great real estate agent that understands creative financing is also important unless you plan on that person to be you. 

You need someone who understands assumable VA loans and how to get it done.

The only people I have ever seen on this board get good things out of gurus/masterminds/etc. are people who already have a fair amount of capital and understanding of finance, and feel its an affordable expense that will help them transition to this new arena.

I understand you'd need to redo the loan but it shouldn't be too difficult especially if it's complete and the appraisal will be high enough.

Lets understand that we all have different backgrounds and development so lets respect each others view points.

For Turnkey providers to be successful, they have to keep their repair costs as low as possible, I understand that.
