Thanks Bryan, I'm currently own some office property and i am looking to expand into the multifamily and self storage sectors in the very near future.

It's simply a source of info and may or may not be true for you.And frankly I could tell you to invest in commercial office, self-storage, or luxury apartments, but you should not do that...the reason is because as a tree grows so do investors.

I am serious about real estate investing so I would love the opportunity to job shadow.I currently don't have any family or colleagues that are associated in real estate to reach out to in the Oklahoma City area.For those of you who may have been in my shoes what have you done?

For example, if you can convert a 1/2 bath to a full bath or recover a lost bedroom or storage area. 

I am working on a self storage project in Texas and the sponsor is doing the same thing with my company's investment--having us come in as co-signers (effectively) on the debt, to get the deal done.

I may repost to the business area, but figure people will chime in on both topics.Details:I have 2 properties lined up to buy, pending final inspection and possibly a 3rd property.  2 properties have 2 houses on them, 1 property will require a variance or special permit in order to legally rent 2nd house on that property (but it could be used as storage for materials, etc for rehabs).  

Which would you want if you were in his shoes cash today or wait 30 years?

Some love multifamily, other self storage,other retail.

Were thinking about trading in our snow shoes and possibly making the jump ( she is a fulltime licensed Realtor ).  

Then any crap he's left the sheriff will inventory, you get copy he has to be able to pick his stuff up with notice from storage for like the  (required)  30 days..
