Per the Buy Rehab Rent REFINANCE Repeat method, my question after speaking to a lender and told it takes 6 months to be on title to refinace, then I spoke to my bank who states you can access the equity after everything is transferred. what is the biggest or main reason for refi vs heloc and repeat?

I also had a discussion with another Panhandle investor this week and he is seeing lenders requiring more down for owner occupied homes and affecting his houses that are on the market.

My gut tells me that we MIGHT be less affected by our current circumstances than some.

After this house I definitely want to use the stack method to continue buying, rehabbing, renting , refinancing and repeating the process of purchasing properties.
