These are all violations of their lease, the first few I already addressed with them a few months ago but now the plumbing and they are arguing with me about splitting a $200 bill for sink drain repair, I'm paying for the snake, they should be paying for the drain they mucked up.

If you ever do open a wall for plumbing repairs, it is always a great idea to leave an easy access panel where you can quickly pop open the panel to make any future needed repairs.
