Places that are being carried by the neighborhood. Homes with good bones, built out. I have found a few in Grosse Pointe. 

New to the Real estate game. Motivated knowledgeable construction worker, Framer, drywall, Handyman. No electrical, plumbing. Years of experience in new home builds. Looking for a hands on partner w/$ for creative rehabbing. Lets marry the two ends and change the city for the better.
