We are in the middle of one flip down in San Tan Valley.  

I think for a lot cost of $360K the builder would need to sell the home for at least $1 million and nothing south of Dresden Rd, or east of North Druid Hills Rd has sold that high.  

I am a Canadian national living in the Middle East, and am looking to invest in the USA.

Looking at a property in east Houston, in a small area (say 1 square mile, but is outside a flood plain), where out of 13 Zillow listings, 7 are listed as foreclosure or auction. 

It was the middle of the holidays and winter in CT so I think the days listed were decent for having those hurdles.

I'm looking to move along the east coast of FL between Juniper to Hollywood.

Are they executives in town on a term-stay who are looking for a furnished, middle-to-upper-end product or are they working-class families with kids?  

I'm based in Oakland – happy to meet in the East Bay or the City. 

I never said what criteria they didn't meet or where I got the info, the last thing I wanna do is tip these people off about how they use Facebook.I actually had one guy recently who's facebook profile pic was him giving two middle fingers to the camera while chillin with his pitbull, and online records showed 3 felonies including weapons, mob action, theft, and some other misdemeanor stuff.  

Most of the new builds have nice exteriors in East Austin for example.
