I'd love to hear your thoughts on the STR Market for Chattanooga and surrounding areas. 

I can't help but wonder if this was a hole in the plan, or perhaps that client had not followed instructions or something.I know that people are more likely to write bad reviews than good, so usually I'd take it with a grain of salt but it got me worried.

I’d ask the current owners to carry back a mortgage, say you make a down payment and agree to pay them 5 or 6%.  

It's a very small military city so the quality isn't there and I feel like I'd get more from being unrepresented. 

I'd need somewhere in the realm of 40-50k.

Me personally......I'd take about 200K and lend throughout the state.

If you’re not using a PM (I’d suggest getting one.) then I wonder if there aren’t business that specialize in moving out tenants.
