Establish a relationship with several wholesalers that work in your area.

There is always room for small fish if they find a niche to get established in.

Now, I am not one to risk big $$, but IF I were a gambling man, I would jump on the condo (at 50% on the dollar of course:), get the place cash flowing, and if FEMA steps in, you just doubled your money thanks to the American tax payer.

Looking to establish a new series LLC and want to go through a local contact ILO online or email and phone calls.

I travel between Bermuda and Atlanta all the time, so I guess establishing connections in the Atlanta area would be the smartest move.So... is there anybody near Atlanta experienced in wholesale?

I just know, if establishments see a foreign person, they charge them more.

It seems to me that if she does violate anything in the future, I will have a better lease with clearer rights to evict established.  

Establishing a working, trust-worthy network quickly and learning the ins-and-outs sooner rather than later, that's been the problem.
