This is why it is advisable to have the replacement property under contract ASAP, preferably even before you close on the sale of the original property.....time is not your friend.

A friend of mine was just referred a prospective tenant by one of their tenants.

Me and 2 of my friends started a LLC through Incfile in Florida.

I have friends and family that have asked me about investing in real estate because they have seen that I have done a few deals.

Also I've been looking for an investor friendly attorney and title company that are comfortable with doing double closings and assignments in the Lubbock, TX area. 

Is the REO agent your friend or colleague that you’re partnering up with?

My friend is in a similar position and has a great relationship with the landlord. 

Does anyone recommend investor-friendly realtors in the Portland-metro area?
