Through the years I have organically happened upon good deals just because folks know that I'm in the biz and ask me to buy their property. 

So the old homes were sold to canny investor types who quickly converted them into duplexes and filled them with black folks eager to get out off the Hill and white Appalachia hill folk from the surrounding areas looking to move into the Pittsburgh metro area.As the municipalities began to catch on to the fact that any sort of old home undergoing a conversion to multifamily was bad news for the area, they passed ordinances forbidding the conversion of single-family to multifamily.

Having been on the plaintiff's side in dozens of fair housing complaints, I've seen just how clueless folks can be.

my biggest learning lesson from 2021 has been the importance of surrounding myself around like minded folks, people who want to grow and others that are in the position I aim to be in. 

I’m looking to find, hire and train a team of people, likely overseas, to do a lot background research tasks for identifying target properties/leads for my biz, as well as a couple of US based folks to field the calls to homeowners.
