Hello Everyone,I appreciate any comments and insight I can get regarding commercial real estate wholesaling, a few specifically I would like to iron out.

I don't live in AL, so can't comment on the market there.

From another BP post I saw this comment:"No matter if you have your proprieties in a LLC, CORP it is not hard to find out who the owner of the LLC, CORP is.

My partner in one company used to do the same thing, he would drop my name, and comment how tough I was, so now its my turn to say that about him.

Also, property tax in CA is relatively low, about 1.25%, due to the fact that we have to pay CA State Income Tax up to 9.3%.I know nothing about Concord to make any comment on your purchase.

No car payment, no student loans, no mortgages, etc.Any thoughts or comments much appreciated.

To clarify I'll paste a comment from Steven Hamilton II from an earlier post:"The Section 121, Home sale exclusion allows to exclude the first 250k or 500k of GAIN for your primary residence.

However, when someone leaves a message, whether it is short and simple like:Hey James, saw you on the forums and thought we had some similar real estate goals, so I thought I would send you a colleague request.To some longer messages where people ask questions or comment on previous forum posts...I will always accept.

Any thoughts or comments on that?
