Big distributors and manufacturers are positioning themselves alongside the two largest employers in Cleveland (maybe in Ohio, below Nationwide Insurance in Columbus).

Hi Wayne - we are seeing a lot of investors look to Cincinnati as well as Columbus.  

We are located in Columbus, mt about 40 miles west of billings.  

And secondary markets like Columbus are also pretty expensive now. 3) Invest in SFRs for now - I haven't done this as yet, because MF seemed more efficient, and I need to restrict my travel given my new twins. 4) Something else.

@Jay Akpovwa, we agree with @James Wise -- there's an opportunity here in Columbus right now that we are passing up on for our investor clients, because when we got the skinny on it, the 31 unit MF apt complex ended up being a mishmash of individually parceled condos.
