I want to pay back that LoC cause I’m getting smash with the interest at 8.5 percent killing me.The property also has a 3.6 percent interest i assumed for 3 more years what’s the best options for me please help.

My wife has family that lives up here and we visit yearly and I continue noticing a lot of multi family homes in the area.

Plenty of areas of FL have seen record levels of new supply hit the market which has impacted rental rates, either making it flat for the past 1-2 years or even dropping some.
