I looked it up and there is no scientific evidence that cleaning air ducts improves air quality according to the EPA.Air ducts is kind of in the grey area of whether it's regular maintenance or not.

I echo the above, except the title co. did their job properly.....they deducted/transferred deposits, I assume prorated rents, but they had no evidence or instructions about prepaid last month rents as the buyer didn't know of their existence, and that is the buyer's job to determine, not the title co.

Then NEXT TIME, if it happens, you have absolute evidence that the problem resolved and that the tenant is responsible for bringing in the roaches, or fleas, etc.

Honestly, after reading the reviews I'm thinking that the worst part is that with their low water use they will probably leave "evidence" of a bath room visit on the sides of the bowl.
