I am looking for properties owned in TX.Fannie Mae just changed their rules about allowing properties that are currently in single member llc's credit for time being in the LLC so it doesn't affect their seasoning requirements, but loan still need to close in personal name. 

@James TitchenorSailing on...When you wholesale a property, it doesn't matter what your end buyer is doing.

It doesn't matter whether the buyer is $200k or even $900k. 

I would say I am sorry for your lost but you really need to have renters insurance to cover your property because homeowners insurance doesn't cover personal belongings for tenets.

Even taking the tax hit doesn't seem too terrible, but we would prefer to roll things over tax free and hopefully keep growing what we're doing.

Or buy as both JT to match the tax return.In all of the above scenarios the tax payer doesn't change.
