The selling point of Cozy for me was the very detailed and helpful videos they have produced for both the Landlord and the Tenant.  

The guy in the video is Danny Johnson.  

I've watched a couple BiggerPockets videos and something that stuck out was "leverage". 

You get his step by step videos, all his marketing material, contracts, scripts, lead sheets, excel spreadsheets to organize your business, past/current webinars with live case studies, 60 day Voxer support and more.He's built a lifetime product and genuinely wants people to succeed, he'll give you his personal support.

I've gotten many requests to do how-to videos on my system, including my methodology and the tools I use.

I have read a few posts and seen a few videos mentioning Craigslist as a way to find deals and market.

It would be a high risk/reward ratio for buyer and a quick profit for tax deed investor (me).I have been watching videos from an experienced investor in Florida who uses this as his business model, and just wanted to get feedback as to if it is feasible in Texas.  

What are some good books, videos, podcasts, etc. you would recommend?
