Pretty unique story I'm about to share, I think it's worth going into the 'success story' archives :) We bought our condo in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta back in 2010, lived there for three years and have been renting it for three more after that.

My primary is quite a unique property and I'm looking to sell it early next year once we get everything moved to NC.

They are definitely a unique niche that is navigated a bit different than stick built homes.

I am no lending expert but I would think it would be even harder to get a loan in another state because of your unique situation.  

These do have a unique thing that shoots the water down with some force and then fills back up for the next flush.

@Bob Bowlingcap rates help me on the surface see what type of relative value there is one pocket to another before jumping in a specific region and....the cap rate is a standard forumla noi/price...if i remember correctly youve asked me about this in a previous post as well and asked me to take it a step further and PROVE to you haha here is the link im refhttps://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/616/topics/30...its just like me saying "where can i find the good pocket or value in general"  every deal is unique and has its own set of numbers, I am just looking for things to compare one to another.

My situation does't feel like it would be particularly unique, but I have had a hard time finding a similar thread despite lots of searching.I am looking at duplex that I would like to buy, but both sides just renewed a one year lease last month.

It is a cute cottage style home with unique architecture.

We don't just go to some random apartment building rent a couple units and call our self a corporate housing company haha - we provide unique housing options in great neighborhoods.  

That's a unique perspective not commonly found in this space.
