Intent to Occupy affidavit on a leased property
My situation does't feel like it would be particularly unique, but I have had a hard time finding a similar thread despite lots of searching.
I am looking at duplex that I would like to buy, but both sides just renewed a one year lease last month. Because I am planning on using conventional financing, I will have to occupy the property within 60 days. From what I understand, the landlord has to give 60 days notice evict the tenant.
So if I wanted to purchase this property what options do I have here? Because from the sounds of it I would have to give notice on eviction day and move in the day they move out
