The caveat to that, is that you have to choose the right partner, or you will butt heads, have trust issues, and end up spinning in place and making no real progress.My partner in REI is someone who is strong in the skills that I am not.

I didn't trust the totally free sites but still wanted something made for rent collection instead of regular deposits or money apps like venmo.
