My buildium software makes it easy for me to charge water bills so I don't need a billing company.I did not want to use a submetering company with provided equipment that charges a each tenant a surcharge depending on the level of service that they provide.

I am a fairly well trained salesman that does not want to make that a full time job. 

How about the cost to maintain an LLC if you have one, accounting costs, or bank service charges? 

If so, I'm curious if you are pleased with the services they have provided as your property managers, and if you are "surviving" with the low returns that their turn-key solution offers. 

Starting out is a lot harder because of debt service ratios/etc.
