What I do is get several Tenant Buyer's Apps that are filled out and names are blacked out and show them to Home Sellers. 

I used my Heloc on my primary for this.I am looking for tips regarding refinancing to buy additional properties.

Any information, tips, and/or suggestions you may have regarding how to get "my feet off the ground and running" for lack of a better term, would be greatly appreciated.
