If you go to a specialized lender you have much more of a chance to be successful since we will not ask for as much as what was stated in the previous comment.

There is no single path to success in real estate investing.

I’d enjoy speaking with someone who’s done a land development project successfully and how they “vetted” the deal. 

I am 46 and have a short timeline to get to success.

So I had jumped out with out the full scope of knowledge of what I needed to do to be successful.

House-hacking is a great intro, starting young is a huge x-factor so you're in a great position, I started at 23 & I really credit much of my financial success in life to making that first leap of faith.

Each of us bring different things to the table but we don’t know the best way to setup the business for success.
