I disputed this and their response was, "we stick by our original answer".The CFPB has no authority in relation to individual consumer violations by the banks.

Stick to name brands.Exterior paint would be expensive to have a pro do it  to a pro but you can do it yourself.

You'll have to develop a high tolerance for "rejection", but if you stick with it, the deals are out there.

After reading and listening to some real estate books I have decided I want to invest in real estate.So I move some sticks here and there and I got the phone numbers of some agents and brokers.I called them and without any luck I pretty much got shut down here and there.Maybe it's the lack of experience and/or lack of money.I was hoping I could find a mentor.

If you have recourse the lender will want to stick it to you and not work things out especially if you have high net worth and liquidity.  

Or should I stick with my "off market" listings?

If I am sticking around and can get a new mortgage, I would keep it.
