Outdated HVAC.Sub flooring under toilet and kitchen sink is rotted from leaking.All windows (6) are original and need to be replaced.Driveway is crumbled.Kitchen cabinets and counter tops are in really bad shape. 

Can you imagine an apartment complex asking their tenants to fix the sink or toilet when it acts up?

Tenants, toilets, trash, termites...in that order... for some people it's easy, for others it's too much.

Same with bathrooms – planned on replacing a few nasty vanities/toilets/showers while cleaning others.
