Hello BP’s I’m currently house hacking my duplex and have another triplex under contract and try to leave my current job (UPS truck driver) to open my LLC right after I close on my current deal but the problem is my lender will not provide any more loans before I do 2 years with my LLC since I will be doing 1099 instead of W2Any ideas how to solve this dillema?

We are in every way making sure the route the owner is taking is the best for their situation, he is in no way screwing over a home owner or misrepresenting any form of the process, he tells them he is going to sell the property for more with an agent and they are completely fine with that or they say they are not and then he will connect them with an agent.Jay I am sure we have had a miscommunication along the way in our conversation and stereotypes do have a big effect on the outlook of wholesaler.I hope you have an incredible holiday and you, your family, and your team stay safe.I have ZERO clue what you're trying to say beyond wholesalers are honest people that care about others than themselves which is a falsehood. 

The name on the properties will be the LLC not me.I think it would help by saying that we are all friends, I am currently living outside of the country so this did solve a problem of mine and we fully intend on working together over many deals this is just the very beginning of us forming this team so we're putting out feelers to gather as much info before pulling the trigger.I think it makes me feel that this deal is pretty fair because I'm essentially doing no work besides reviewing their numbers and making the final decision.

As an investor and buyer the best thing you can do is find the motivation, and help solve the sellers problem. 

Find out what makes them uncomfortable with the owner financing and then solve that problem.Many of the people I know looking for owner financed give them a either or option. 

Sounds obvious, but few people I hear starting out have any clue how they actually expect to profit on a property.2.

C class properties are not easy to manage according to a lot of landlords.But if you can solve these problems, there may be a great payout for you - this is probably a very motivated seller, you should have a lot of bargaining power.
