I have to say I am really stressing out about it, especially when it is well known that inspections don't always uncover all of the issues in a property.

In this case investor doesn't have to worry about finding a tenant or stressing out in finding one.

@Giovanni Branch, I cannot stress Dan's point about "tenant proof" enough.  

Yes people are stressing enough for me to build credit and since I was 18 I owned a credit card and still do, but what are some other things I can do to build credit rather than buying a liability?

That combined with it being a fairly socialist society and open immigration policies has created quite the environment for housing demand.

Making offers involves creating the surety to the sellers that their home will sell and sell with out much stress involved. 

I’ve also been reading that debt to income ratio is less important as long as they satisfy the 3x rent income, so we are opting to not stress the financial obligations. 

Not stressing or compromising my numbers due to the profit we get from those reserves.

Being an agent and an investor can be stressful but it's also pretty fun.

So being able to move once and deliver everything to the new garage relieved that stress and concern for them.
