Is there a better way to Skip trace properties ?

I'm looking for a good skip tracing service.

I would choose his least exciting property, the one that everyone else skips past.

If you want to skip all of this and just make Airbnb money with no work then furnish your unit and do corporate rentals.

@Christian Drake You can do the things suggested so far or you can skip those steps that may take days and just take an investor or two in your area out to lunch and ask what banks he or she uses to finance their rental properties.  

Hello Fellow Investors,Do you guys have any recommendations for a good skip trace?

Told him she had until the next day, and the property owner let us know that they had skipped town that weekend, owing several months of back rent and he had no deposit because he had let them use it one month to pay the rent.

Account Closed  I would have to agree with many who have already told you to skip the direct mailers and spending money of any kind on seminars, books or anything else like that. 

Prep is key - you must use primer and sand between coats and all the other stuff you want to skip or it will peel and look awful.
