I hear your story and feel you.

Long story short, I bought a foreclosure in 2014 (having no clue what I was doing) and fixed it up.

To give a back story, I discovered real estate at about this time last year and have been obsessed ever since.

The short story is, I'm starting to hate making art because it's so inextricably tied to income (or the lack thereof.)

So I doubt the story at all.

Please DM, would love to hear your success or failure stories haha 😄.

He also wants to sell an adjacent 2-story rental unit (Duplex) tenant occupied with 2.5/1 upstairs and 1/1 downstairs.

Obviously there is more detail to the story which may change my response.

Long story short, I still live at home and am at a point in my life where I need to get a place of my own.I've been wanting to get a duplex to live in one side and rent the other but am having no luck in my area.Should I hold out until something pops up or just get a place of my own for now?
