St Pete’s region was very fortunate on this one (hurricane Ian) hope the rest of the state recovers quickly!  

I've decided to create a new forum message hoping to find the right person to help me with my goals in central NJ/eastern PA region. 

There is no businesses in this region anymore as the growth has slowed but rental properties here are still desired.

There is no 'standard' ROW or parkway width as they vary by regional standard and even timeframe of when an area was developed.

@Mark Sandoval You stated "in the Huntsville, Alabama area and I am struggling to find a good property manager" I find this to be a curious comment, as we have a bunch of good property management options in this region.  

A couple of things to consider:* keep talking to lenders, find local/regional bank that has a portfolio product.
