Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

We've completed numerous projects in the Albany area with the size of our portfolio ranging between 75 and 350 units in the last 2 years. While we expect to buy and hold, market conditions will always dictate the best use of our capital and the best returns for our investors.

We are sensitive to every aspect of property ownership, and with over 60 years of combined experience our team is perfectly suited to handling accounting, finance, management, and development, fully understanding how each decision effects cash flow and returns.
