I'm assuming that means if you made $10k in the year and $6k worth of expenses...you would then be looking at just paying taxes on the $4k, thereby reducing your tax burden by the $6k of expenses.

In such units you have the annual inspections and maintenance.By going in at different times with a help you out approach, it made a big difference in attitudes, allowed maint. guys to keep thier eyes open, while reducing annual inspections and repairs.There, you could knock and the maint. guy would just say something like...we have had some issues with the type of faucets you have, I'd like to add some new`washers if that's ok with you, so you won't have any problems later on.

lol yes i am only going to court on principle he has already left but since he is not making restitution for the one month rent and because he didnt do all the work he technically owes me for the reduced rate he was afforded.not an epic fail because at the time I didnt have any money to do the repairs and now what is left will cost me less than 400 dollars to fix where two months ago i was looking at about 1,200 in repairs
