On top of all this, your loan documents may have occupancy disclosure paperwork in which case breaking that could be loan fraud. 

You will have a promissory note to document the loan terms and a mortgage or deed of trust to give the lender security in the property.

Think of it as a legal wrapper but in reality it is legal document that looks like a contract which you design with an estate attorney and you will fund it with assets such as cash, brokerage accounts, cars, boats, real estate, etc.

They have to get all new documents. new purchase agreements, new earnest money , verification of source of new funds, run new OFAC checks, create new arms length affidavit.

I just got notified today one tenant has paid and I will receive the money on the 7th.

Others don't know what I am talking about, but for about half of them I have been getting the information (or at least the correct information on how to receive it). 

.), they won't even fill out the application - so usually once I receive a completed application it is a tenant with a good track record. 

Here it is 12/1/17 I still don’t have a closing date,  every time they asked me for a document, I gave them same day turn around.  

Case law however, not the written statute, has more clearly defined "work".I'm also confused how they could claim "providing materials" 2 months after "they were fired"....can you document the firing as real and enforcable?
