In our case here therewould be a copyright with the Board, but they are not going to go out and seek issues with the public, especially when that party may very well use a Realtor, so who would bark at them.That's my hunch on the matter, if it were me, I'd use the basic form as required.

If life get's in the way and you don't treat each and every unrelated entity as an unrelated entity, you can loose the unrelated concept and they might be able to pierce the shell.As Will pointed out, using the manager LLC to collect and be the public brand is fine.

I'm not sure how the law applies to single-family cabins, but I'm pretty sure the hot-tub isn't classified as public, so the law requiring sound-activation in the hot-tub doesn't apply.Any info would be appreciated.
