We have found - from personal experience - that these courses offer general knowledge that often do not apply to your state or local area. 

I'd love to hear any tips you might have for someone who's just getting started.I appreciate your time and any advice you can offer.

I do think a clearer visual on these metrics would be great and clear number comparisons, as otherwise I have to do calculations myself and go back to pull up the initial offering memorandum to compare numbers.

Offering something not typically done in your market won't generate a return. 

don't look at 3 and make 1 offer and get frustrated.

The first application you screen that meets your minimum requirements should be offered the lease.

From there, I look to create a site that clearly and succinctly communicates both what the business offers customers/clients, and what they should do next (i.e. list your home, signup for email list, get a free investment checklist, etc.)If you aren't involved, there's a good chance your marketing won't match up with your business.
