I receive emails from them and I see some very interesting properties worldwide (especially in the US and UK) which seem to be lucrative investments but I am not sure if/how to proceed.

It's hard to see oil making a big comeback when supply is up and a worldwide slowdown is bringing demand down, along with China..

At the last one, there were a couple of presentations that touched on this topic and indicated we probably have 4-5 years of reasonably strong growth ahead in the single family world barring some national or worldwide economic crisis.

I am not sure if I am going to invest local, out of state, how to start finding deals, and generally I don't know what I don't know.I am hoping some of the more experienced commercial players on BP can give me some guidance on some effective next steps to take.
