I'm most thankful that @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner have made this site happen and created such an amazing platform for us to learn from and connect to others through. 

I'm not looking to sell any personal services, nor am I interested in being an organizer of a group.I agree with Brandon, this is a different platform that should not be tied nor promoted through the MeetUp platform.So, all I'm suggesting that someone like yourself takes the initiative to setup a date and a place close to Aventura that will make sense for both Miami & broward BiggerPocket members... and get the word out here only to our members.

It's doubly true for partnering situations.Nearly every "really bad" deal that comes across my desk stems from investing out of state.

This is a great platform for learning and conversing with other investors. 

Student loans are easy to obtain, it's not like lenders are only lending to business and STEM majors.

We are often referred to as a crowdfunding platform, marketplace lender, or peer-to-peer lender.
