Hi BP community! My name is Phul, and I want to get into Real estate, I do have my license, and want to get into Wholesaling side, but don't know if its a good idea, sinceI have my license because from all the stuff i have been reading on BP, or should i stay as a agent for investors! Any Mentors in Phoenix? Any Ideas or advice would help!? Thanks
