There's a lot to take in;1) For the other tenants in the duplex, noise and traffic.2) for the property manager, additional liability for slip and falls from so many people coming and going, conflicts from pets with kids, making sure the lot is plowed first every day etc.

Per the lease, tenant is not suppose to have a pet but I realized the is a pet and would like to discuss with the tenant to add additional $35 per month to the rent and also sign a pet policy.
