Well lit outdoor spaces like walk ways and common areas, parking close to the unit, quiet because they're often shift workers.

I would probably call weekly until I get a response, after 30 weekly calls, I might shift to monthly calls.

Of course I know this is business and I have to put my feeling asideI guess what Im looking for is some words of advice from seasoned investors who have dealt with similar situations and to help me get a different perspective on how to approach this mentally and see it more intuitively than emotionally.

I know for me, as continued to step out of my comfort zone to attend more and more in-person Chicago networking events, I felt a shift of confidence. 95% appreciate when someone walks up to them and says hi....so be that guy!
