There are a ton of elements to being a successful Real Estate Investor.

Whether you have acquired multiple properties to sell as a portfolio (package) or whether you have purchased a portfolio of properties: Question is are the properties that make up the portfolio always (or the vast majority of the time) located in the same city or have you seen them located in various locations/cities etc? 

@Brandon Sturgill I get where you are coming from, at first the site does seem like a good all-in-one package for investors, but for starting out I’m certainly leaning toward my local market with someone that knows the area very well.

It is great if a real estate agent or wholesaler brings a deal to you in a nice package but you need to also run the numbers for your self.

Have a portfolio package you can provide if asked. 

I would be up for selling them in a package or one at a time.  

Then again, I primarily do larger scale multifamily, so I may be out of my element here and this might be fine for a single family residence buy.

Actually if its apples to apples, it seems people here look for the newer elements because they assume the house is more efficient or up to modern living here.
